Juan Pablo, a mid-level official of the Colombian presidency, wants at all costs to get up to Natalia, an actress and television presenter who is far from his possibilities, because this "mommy", he believes, would not notice a guy in wheelchair, unless you give access to the coverage of the news of the moment: the signing of peace.
